How to Add a Manager to Google Business Profile

Add ZovanteFlow as a Manager on your Google Business Profile

This gives us managed access to your listing — we use it to optimise your profile, respond to reviews, and keep your information accurate. You remain the Owner at all times and can remove access instantly.

Easiest on desktop or via the Google Business Profile app on your phone

① Open

Go to business.google.com and sign in

② Navigate

Settings → Business Profile Settings → Managers

③ Add

Click Add → enter will@zovanteflow.com → set role as Manager

Notify Will — he'll register your email with Google

Once you've added us as Manager, tap below. Google requires Will to manually whitelist your email address on the ZovanteFlow app in Google Cloud before you can connect — this is a standard security restriction Google places on all business apps during their verification process. Will adds your email, then Step 3 unlocks for you. Typically done within a few hours.

Connect your Google account — your dashboard goes live

After Will confirms, sign in with Google below. This securely links your Google Business Profile data — reviews, profile views, call clicks — directly into your ZovanteFlow dashboard in real time.
